I had a intent to buy but I thought to purchase after September but they way Karthick spoke to us and the clarity which he provided us today made us to book the car but again he was not trying to sell the product and he didn’t give any fake promise saying that there will be a discount/bonus etc.., he was loyal enough and he never had a intention to sell the car but he was providing us with reality against expectations which made us to take decision instantly. I went to four or five showrooms, before going to MG showroom.Finally I chose MG ASTOR SHARP VARIENT MANUAL. After doing this, I also wanted to buy a car. It was my Big dream for many years. My dreams came true.
The design, patterns, color, interior and exterior were all fantastic So I suggest MG Astor and took it. They have done a good puja and given a car decorated and I am very very happy.
Similarly, the price is a little expensive but features are marvelous.

I have booked my MG Astor here. Very polite sales team they have. I had a very smooth test drive and booking also made very quickly. If you want a friendly sales person please reach out to Kotteswaran in the OMR showroom. Very humble sales person I have ever seen. Always give responses and no unrealistic commitments.

This showroom is very clean and good customer service, welcomed promptly and was taken care with their in-house cafe. Booking was quick and got prompt confirmation from MG via mail and call. Got call from sales person Saravanan on the exact timing on the PDI availability and visit. Was taken on their company vehicle to PDI spot and the car was shown after complete water wash to make sure there was clear visibility of interior and exterior quality and was happy with the PDI also the sales person showed where the car accessories will be fired and the list with pricing.
Once PDI completed payment was transferred and after invoice received got call from MG on registration confirmation and delivery date. Here comes the little hold up/delay in registration due to unavailability of RTO officer which pushed the registration to next working day and took delivery the same day without number plate due to personal request and got fitted it the next day.
The only drawback was the the delivery area which was really shortly for hector delivery, the delivery pic didn't come good as expected salary from that everything was smooth. Thanks MG.
